All Party Parliamentary Group
The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on International Corporate Responsibility: Business, Human Rights and the Environment was established by Lisa Nandy MP in December 2010. It is a cross party grouping of MPs and Peers from the British parliament who have come together to examine corporate responsibility.
The APPG seeks to raise awareness on issues surrounding business, human rights and the environment amongst Parliamentarians and to provide a forum for debate on responsibility of companies that operate across national boundaries. The CORE coalition funds a part-time coordinator for the Group and works closely with its members to hold both government and corporations to account on transparency, accountability and access to justice.
The elected officers of the group are:
Chair, Lisa Nandy MP Vice-Chair, Caroline Lucas MP
