UK government commissions survey of access to remedy

The British Institute of International and Comparative Law has been asked by the UK Foreign Office, the Department for Business and the Ministry of Justice to undertake a quick survey of the UK’s current provision of access to remedy for victims of human rights abuses involving business enterprises.
BIICL would be very grateful for any input to their research. Any information, materials, reports, etc., should be sent to Lise Smit: l.smit@biicl.org
The research is limited to answering the four questions listed in the summary document about the current provision of remedy. It is not a review of the UK’s Business and Human Rights Action Plan or intended to provide recommendations for changes to the Action Plan.
The deadline is early May.
